  • Muscle Up — explosive pull into a full dip above the bar
  • Handstand — freestanding, controlled balance
  • Full Planche — body parallel to the ground, fully extended
  • Front Lever — horizontal hold on the bar, body straight
  • L-Sit — legs parallel to the ground, held on parallettes or floor

Current Goals

Skills I'm actively working toward:

  • One Arm Handstand — freestanding balance on a single arm
  • Full Planche Push Up — full range of motion push up in planche position
  • Touch Front Lever — front lever with a touch-and-go pull to vertical
