- Muscle Up — explosive pull into a full dip above the bar
- Handstand — freestanding, controlled balance
- Full Planche — body parallel to the ground, fully extended
- Front Lever — horizontal hold on the bar, body straight
- L-Sit — legs parallel to the ground, held on parallettes or floor
Current Goals
Skills I'm actively working toward:
- One Arm Handstand — freestanding balance on a single arm
- Full Planche Push Up — full range of motion push up in planche position
- Touch Front Lever — front lever with a touch-and-go pull to vertical
